The costumer has the legal right to withdraw or return their online purchase within 14 days after receiving their item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with the original tags and box it came with. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for all costs involving the return of the object(s), including insurance. The customer is also responsible for packing the item with care to make sure it is returned in the same condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take great care to source items of great quality and condition, however, since they have been preowned signs of use are to be expected. Take care to look close at the images before completing your purchase and contact email@example.com for more pictures or questions regarding condition or other uncertainties.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
